We ordered a table with a lazy suzan in May 2009. A part that makes the table legs and umbrella stable was missing. Called Erwin's and they said they would send it, but never did. We used their provided cover to protect the outdoor patio furniture over the winter. We removed that cover today and found all the color had disappeared from the wood (except under the lazy suzan and underneath the top). We also found a piece of wood on the top that is splitting and buckling up, almost as though it was a laminate instead of solid wood. For the price I was very disappointed by both the product and the poor custumer service regarding the missing part.
Note: They may not be selling this same set on Amazon now. When I clicked the link in my order to write a review it came to this product with two chairs instead of to the exact table we had purchased. |

| Shipped promptly, and although some cartons were damaged, the furniture was in perfect condition. Easy assembly on the table and I love the chairs. The best price on this set online. I am pleased. |
