I Just Got a Bid on a New Deck/Patio?
We think we were quoted a fair price last night to build a 12 x 16 deck with a 3x3 landing and 13 steps. We live in the Washington, D.C. area. The quote is for the high-quality, maintenance-free compisite decking material. We were quoted ,800. We were quoted an additional ,000 for an adjoining brick pavers patio that would include a 6-inch retaining wall. So the whole project is k and some change or ,800 for just the deck itself.
